The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is seeking an Access and Clinician Scheduling Coordinator to support clinician scheduling, appointment access, and related operational processes. This role creates, builds, and maintains calendars and templates using analytical reports to ensure adequate appointment availability.

The Coordinator partners with department leaders to address access issues, supports payroll and FTE management, and advises on rule build and access management to sustain

Formación

• Associate's or equivalent combo of education and experience required.
• At least 2 years of scheduling application experience.
• Proven project management experience.
• Demonstrated analytical ability with data gathering and organization.
• Effective communication across all levels of staff.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Create, coordinate, and maintain schedules for clinicians and departments.
• Build clinician templates and schedules to meet access criteria and resource distribution.
• Analyze data to develop schedules that meet access needs.
• Collaborate with management to address access gaps and translate into scheduling actions.
• Maintain data integrity and EPIC templates; support payroll reporting.
