Job summary

Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is seeking an Access and Clinician Scheduling Coordinator to support clinician scheduling, access to appointments, and related workflows in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on building accurate calendars, templates, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels across ambulatory services.

The position requires an associate degree or equivalent, at least 2 years’ scheduling experience, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience with a scheduling application.
Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of service.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Project management experience or strong coordination skills.
Healthcare work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Create, coordinate, and maintain schedules for clinicians and department services.
Ensure clinician schedules meet member-access criteria and staffing levels.
Analyze data to identify gaps in access and improve scheduling workflows.
Coordinate ambulatory schedules with other clinical responsibilities and policies.
Build and maintain clinician templates in EPIC and related systems.
Respond to inquiries from management and clinicians with accurate, timely information.
