Job summary

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is seeking a Clinical Operations Support Specialist to manage patient referrals and ensure timely access to services. This contracted hourly role reports to the Director of Perioperative Services, Operations and Strategy and emphasizes accuracy and compliance within organizational standards.

We value strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in referral processing and Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Epic EMR.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient referrals and ensure timely access to services.
• Review referrals against specialty-specific clinical pathways.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to maintain service standards.
