Qualifications

• Must meet one or more: Associates degree, 72 college quarter credits or 48 semester credits, or passing ETS paraeducator assessment.

Responsibilities

• Support instruction and behavior interventions using ABA techniques as directed by the classroom teacher.
• Facilitate communication using AAC devices and other tools with guidance from teacher or therapist.
• Use proactive de-escalation strategies to ensure safety and support student regulation.
