Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a remote Client Success Associate to reconnect with clients through live conversations, helping them rebook or find providers and plan next steps.

You will guide client decisions, explain platform features, and address concerns while maintaining clear documentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve the client experience.

• Guide client decisions by explaining platform features, addressing concerns, and providing informed guidance.
• Maintain clear documentation and collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve the client experience.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a people-facing role such as client success, care navigation, inside sales, or mental health services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients warmly over phone, SMS, and email.
• Balance of empathy and operational discipline to meet outreach and productivity goals while keeping interactions personal.
• Compensation of $24.04 per hour plus $18,000 in variable compensation, with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
• Flexible paid time off, company-paid holidays, a company-wide winter break, and up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave.
• Remote-work support including home office assistance, wellness and professional development stipends, and travel for 2–3 offsites per year.
