For one of our clients, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager, remotely from the United States or Canada.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 120+ customers, focusing on driving product adoption, delivering value, and preventing churn. You will work closely with at-risk customers to transform them into brand advocates and uncover opportunities for growth. Your success will be measured by key metrics, including revenue retention and customer engagement. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence the customer journey and provide valuable feedback on product offerings.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of 120+ customers, focusing on increasing product adoption and reducing churn
  • Engage with at-risk customers to drive product value, identify expansion opportunities, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Launch and Support teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Analyze customer data to inform interactions, develop strategic recommendations, and drive customer retention
  • Identify growth opportunities and help scale success across the customer base
  • Provide regular feedback to cross-functional teams to shape the product and future offerings
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Proven success in account management or full-cycle sales with a strong track record of achieving results
  • Experience with Customer Success tools such as Salesforce, Sales Loft, TalkDesk, Gong, Loom, and Metabase
  • Strong ability to interpret and leverage customer data for decision-making
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle objections and de-escalate challenging conversations
  • Familiarity with industry trends, especially in B2B2C and food/hospitality sectors, is a plus
  • Bonus: Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment
