Job summary

Grow Therapy is a fully remote mental health platform focused on making care accessible. As Specialist I, Client Success (Retention), you will help clients move from intention to action by rebooking, rematching, or guiding their next steps in care with empathy.

You’ll collaborate with Clinical, Provider Operations, and Support teams, using an autodialer for outreach and focusing on meaningful conversations that impact patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in client success, care navigation, inside sales, or mental health services.
• Warm, clear, confident communication across phone, SMS, and email.
• Ability to guide clients through uncertainty and options.

Responsibilities

• Have live, high-empathy conversations with clients who’ve canceled, no-showed, or started to disengage.
• Coach clients through key moments of decision-making with platform tools and provider guidance.
• Document every conversation for a clean handoff to follow-up teams and for trend spotting.
• Partner with internal teams (Clinical, Provider Operations, Support, and our BPO partner) to resolve issues quickly and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Work across payor-specific programs to understand coverage and referral requirements.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying pain points and advocating for client needs.
