Grow Therapy is hiring a client success advocate to re-engage clients in care using phone, SMS, and email. You will guide clients to rebook or rematch with providers while documenting interactions with empathy.

This role collaborates with Clinical, Provider Ops, Support, and BPO teams, and you will learn payor-specific programs to tailor each client's journey back to care.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in client success, care navigation, or mental health.
• Warm, clear communication across phone, SMS, and email.
• Balance structure with empathy and thrive in fast-paced environments.

• You will connect with clients via phone, SMS, and email to re-engage them in care.
• Your goal is to help them navigate options, rebook, or rematch with a provider.
• You'll work with an autodialer for first outreach and clean handoffs for follow-up.
