Job summary

Grow Therapy is a mental health platform that connects providers, insurance payors, and patients through a three-sided marketplace. You will help clients navigate the platform with empathy across live chat, messaging, and phone, taking ownership of each interaction to reach complete resolutions.

This fully remote, full-time role offers comprehensive medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, retirement, equity, flexible time off, and up to 18 weeks of parental leave, plus a wellness
