Job summary

Caesars New Orleans is seeking a Promotions Associate for Special Events to support the execution of promotions and events on the casino floor. You will help set up and breakdown event props, assist guests at kiosks, and ensure smooth operations during busy schedules.

The role requires a flexible weekend/holiday schedule and strong guest-service skills. A high school diploma and experience in hospitality or casino settings are preferred, with proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes promotions inside casino and assists patrons participating in promotions.
• Creates an atmosphere of fun and excitement for guests.
• Assists with the execution of invitational events and promotions.
• Adapts quickly to changing business levels and values diverse colleagues.
• Keeps promotion areas stocked and organized before and after events.
• Maintains records and inventories for each project.
