Job summary

Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel seeks a Casino Host to grow gaming revenues by developing our customer base and maintaining relationships with valued guests. You will market our gaming product to potential high-limit guests and support VIP services during events.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, enrolling them in programs, coordinating with teams, and ensuring exceptional service while protecting VIP information and maintaining a professional presence on the casino floor.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in Casino Marketing/Hosts, Sales or Account Management preferred.
• Minimum of two years of guest services, sales or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide exceptional service and enroll them in New Card program.
• Communicate with coworkers, supervisors and guests; host events and arrange VIP services.
• Meet and greet players on the casino floor at events or promotions.
• Maintain confidentiality of VIP information and support play-through decisions.
• Support other departments and drive business while adhering to policies.
