The role focuses on coordinating all entertainment offerings, aligning with regulatory approvals, and partnering with Events & Promotions to implement engaging programs for guests. The position requires strong guest service skills, budget awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal skills and deliver guest service in all situations.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute entertainment offerings per regulatory approvals.
• Partner with Events & Promotions to execute events and entertainment initiatives.
• Maintain awareness of the entertainment budget during planning and execution.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors for food & beverage, décor, entertainment, gifts, and supplies.
• Track entertainment expenses and prepare reports for analysis.
• Supervise on-call Promotions Representatives as needed.
• Ensure music licensing requirements are current and compliant.
• Assist with Virginia Gaming Control Board submissions and programs within guidelines.
• Maintain records and performance tracking for entertainment initiatives.
• Communicate entertainment details across the property and coordinate departmental support.
• Develop and implement Group Bus packages and partnerships with Caesars Rewards.
