Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel is seeking a Casino Host to grow gaming revenues by developing our customer base, maintaining relationships with valued guests, and marketing our gaming product to potential high-limit guests.

You will welcome guests, provide exceptional service, coordinate with marketing for events, and host at promotions, while ensuring confidentiality of VIP information and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• Experience Casino Marketing/Hosts, Sales or Account Management preferred.
• Minimum of Two (2) years of guest services experience, sales or marketing preferred.
• Ability to think independently to maximize customer service experience and program profitability.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills required.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guest, provide exceptional customer service and enroll with New Card sign program.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Communicate with co-workers, table and slot teams, supervisors and guests.
• Interact with marketing in hosting special events.
• Arrange special services for players with proper play.
• Greets and hosts customers at events or promotions.
• Maintain confidentiality of VIP information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
