You will oversee events, promotions, and related activities to boost guest engagement and patronage, while ensuring programs meet high standards and strict guidelines.

You'll collaborate with the Regional Special Events team, coordinate multi-property projects, manage event calendars and staffing, and prepare production materials.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• One year of prior Special Events or casino marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Clerical and guest service experience required.
• Proficiency with IBM/Windows/Microsoft Office, Adobe, and PKMS.

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the Citywide Special Events Department.
• Assist with coordination and execution of casino event projects.
• Create event checklists and organize each promotion/event.
• Manage citywide event on-call and temporary staff scheduling.
• Support property and marketing functions, meeting deadlines.
• Prepare production meeting decks and support meetings.
• Process purchase requisitions and invoice payments.
• Build relationships with internal departments and vendors.
• Provide friendly, confidential customer service.
• Ensure adherence to policies and attendance.
