Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment, a leading live entertainment company, seeks a Special Events Logistics Manager in Anaheim to support the Sales Department and oversee details of booked events. You will liaise between Special Events and Operations, ensuring smooth execution from contract to event completion.

Role entails coordinating setup, production needs, and client interactions, with emphasis on timely deposits, payments, and post-event paperwork.

Qualifications

High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
Minimum two years in a customer service capacity.
Working knowledge of computers (Excel, Word, databases).
Basic Mathematical skills.
Entry-level knowledge of restaurant and music hall operations, food preparation and restaurant reservation procedures.

Responsibilities

Execute, service and detail assigned events once booked by Special Events Department.
Provide administrative support to the Special Events Sales Team.
Distribute internal and external correspondence; maintain departmental files.
Assist team with Information Systems support.
Coordinate operational set-up and break down of events (equipment and station setup).
Coordinate with Production on production aspects for events.
Act as liaison between client and LN team during events.
Ensure neat, groomed appearance per venue standards.
Lead Event Pre-Shift with Operations Managers and share event specifics with Team.
Ensure seamless client transition from Sales to Operations during events.
Handle SEO from distribution through post-event paperwork and billing.
