Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s leading live entertainment company, seeks a Special Events Logistics Manager. You will provide administrative support to the Sales Department, manage event execution from SEO to operation, and coordinate with Production and Operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

You will handle deposits/payments, maintain event files, and update the Director of Sales with AR records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• At least two years in a customer service role is expected.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and basic database use.

Responsibilities

• Execute, service and detail events once booked by Special Events.
• Provide administrative support to the Special Events Sales Team.
• Coordinate production aspects and event setup/breakdown with Operations.
• Maintain event files and post-event paperwork, including reports.
• Serve as liaison between clients, the LN team and operations.
• Manage deposits/payments and accounts receivable updates.
• Prepare weekly banquet summaries and staffing verification.
