Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Special Events Logistics Manager to support the Sales Department and manage event execution from contract to operation. The role collaborates with Special Events and Operations teams to ensure seamless events and strong client service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or higher, 2+ years in customer service, and solid computer skills (Excel, Word, databases). Diverse shifts and hospitality experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in a customer service capacity.
• Working knowledge of computers (Excel, Word, databases).
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to manage high-volume schedules.

Responsibilities

• Execute, service and detail assigned events once booked by the Special Events Department.
• Provide administrative support to the Special Events Sales Team.
• Distribute internal and external correspondence; maintain departmental files.
• Coordinate operational setup and breakdown of events (equipment and station setup).
• Liaise between clients and LN team; ensure smooth transition from Sales to Operations.
• Handle post-event paperwork and payments; track accounts receivable.
