The Special Events Logistics Manager provides critical admin support to the Sales Department and ensures smooth execution of booked events, coordinating with Production and Operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; College degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in a customer service capacity.
• Working knowledge of computers (Excel, Word, databases).
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Entry-level knowledge of restaurant and music hall operations and reservations procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute, service and detail assigned events once booked by Special Events Dept.
• Provide admin support to the Special Events Sales Team.
• Distribute internal and external correspondence; maintain files.
• Coordinate operational setup and breakdown of events (equipment, rentals, station setup).
• Coordinate with Production on production aspects for events.
• Act as liaison between client and LN team during events.
• Conduct event pre-shift and communicate specifics to team.
• Ensure seamless client transition from Sales to Operations during events.
• Handle post-event paperwork and payments tracking.
• Manage staff hours to stay within budget.
• Maintain organization of SEO documents and communications.
