Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Irving, TX is seeking a Special Events Logistics Manager to provide administrative support to the Sales Department and to oversee execution, servicing and detailing of assigned events from contract to operation.

You will coordinate with the Special Events and Operations teams, manage deposits and payments, and ensure seamless transitions for clients during events, while maintaining schedules and budgets in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; College degree preferred.
• Minimum one year in a customer service capacity.
• Working knowledge of computers (Excel, Word, databases).
• Experience in hospitality or music venue operations is helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication; time management.

Responsibilities

• Execute, service and detail assigned events once booked by Special Events.
• Provide administrative support to the Special Events Sales Team.
• Coordinate operational setup and breakdown with logistics and production.
• Track deposits and payments; ensure timely accounting.
• Maintain files, schedules and client liaison throughout events.
