Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Phoenix is seeking a Special Events Logistics Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and settlement of high-profile events. You will coordinate logistics, serve as the primary liaison between clients, Sales, Operations, and Production, and be on-site to ensure a seamless event experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, hospitality, events, venue operations, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Collaborative, proactive, solutions-oriented approach to working with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to track payments, deposits, and event-related financial information.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with event management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, detailing, and execution of assigned special events from Sales handoff through event completion; serve as primary liaison between clients, Sales, Operations, Production, and internal teams.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including equipment, rentals, setups, production requirements, staffing, and other operational needs.
• Participate in SEO, Production, and event planning meetings; distribute final event details and ensure alignment on requirements.
• Conduct client site inspections and walkthroughs; provide on-site coordination to ensure seamless event experience.
• Lead event pre-shifts with Operations; communicate event details and client needs to venue staff.
• Identify and resolve event-related issues while maintaining client and internal relationships.
• Process and track deposits, payments, accounts receivable, and event-night settlements with Sales and Finance.
• Complete post-event documentation such as event recaps, receipts, and billing information.
• Monitor staffing and labor hours to ensure appropriate coverage and budget adherence.
• Prepare weekly banquet summaries and maintain event records.
