Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in a customer service capacity.
• Working knowledge of computers including Excel, Word, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Execute, service and detail assigned events after booking by Special Events Department.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team and coordinate with Operations.
• Manage deposits/payments and post-event paperwork; ensure accurate billing in POS.
