Responsibilities

• Participate in the Teacher Advancement Program (TAP) instructional accountability system.
• Attend ongoing professional growth groups (clusters).
• Participate in TAP team-teaching/coaching with mentor and master teachers to improve teaching practice.
• Collaborate on lesson planning and develop expertise across instruction with mentors.
• Develop and maintain an Individual Growth Plan (IGP).
• Use assessments to monitor student progress toward school objectives.
