Qualifications

• Valid Arizona teaching certificate.
• Meets ADE certification requirements.
• Special Education certification appropriate for subject/area.
• Minimum Provisional SEI/ESL or Bilingual Endorsement.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Pass background check and IVP Fingerprint clearance.
• BLE Endorsement preferred.
• ESL Endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in TAP teacher instructionally focused accountability system.
• Attend ongoing applied professional growth groups.
• Collaborate with mentor and master teachers to enhance teaching expertise.
• Develop Individual Growth Plan (IGP) and align lessons to standards.
• Use assessments to monitor progress toward goals and district objectives.
• Integrate educational technology and maintain records on timelines.
• Communicate with staff and participate in professional growth activities.
