Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Valid Arizona teaching certificate.
• Meets Arizona Department of Education certification requirements.
• Provisional SEI/ESL/Bilingual endorsement required.
• BLE and ESL endorsements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in TAP teacher instructionally focused accountability system.
• Attend ongoing professional growth groups.
• Collaborate on lesson planning with mentor and master teachers.
• Develop Individual Growth Plan (IGP) and monitor progress.
• Align lessons to district curriculum and state standards.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with staff and students.
