Responsibilities

• Participate in the TAP teacher instructionally focused accountability system.
• Attend ongoing applied professional growth groups (clusters).
• Collaborate with mentor and master teachers to enhance teacher expertise.
• Develop and maintain an Individual Growth Plan (IGP).
• Use assessments to monitor progress toward school achievement goals.
• Integrate educational technology and align lessons to standards.
