Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning or behavioral disabilities is preferred (3 months).
• Knowledge of behavior management and classroom support strategies is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to stay calm and consistent in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Support students with academic, behavioral, and self-care goals.
• Implement IEPs and Positive Behavior Support Plans under teacher guidance.
• Assist students with transitions, activities, and personal care as needed.
• Collect and record behavioral and progress data.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.
