Aufgaben

• Provide support to instructional programs in assigned classrooms, assisting in supervision, care, and instruction of special needs students and participating in IEP meetings.
• Adapt activities, assignments, and materials to reinforce IEP goals and enable participation for all students.
• Administer first aid and medical assistance as instructed by health professionals.
• Administer tests and assignments to support teachers and student progress.
• Assist with grooming, mobility, and daily living tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers to evaluate progress and implement IEP objectives.
• Monitor students to maintain a safe, positive learning environment.
• Maintain records, attendance, and daily logs for teacher support.
• Provide instruction in small/group activities to reinforce objectives.
• Respond to emergencies and follow crisis intervention procedures.
• Assist with hallways, lunchroom, restrooms, and bus duty as assigned.
