Territory covers South Central US with up to 75% travel. Travel-ready, technically skilled professionals with strong presentation abilities will advance product adoption and market penetration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in specification business development within plumbing industry.
• Ability to influence engineering specifications and drive product adoption.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand and communicate complex product information.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers to influence product selection.
• Educate engineers on Siteworks features, benefits, and applications; deliver presentations and trainings.
• Position Siteworks as the basis of design in project specifications; review drawings and specs for substitutions.
• Collaborate with manufacturer representatives and sales teams to maximize market penetration.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external partners; manage CRM interactions and pipeline.
• Offer market feedback to product management on trends and barriers.
