Smith+Nebhew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined region. You will drive market development, engage key customers, build a robust pipeline and manage end-to-end sales execution, including training surgeons and staff, ensuring flawless trial prep, and seamless onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.

The role demands a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with 90% travel and a focus on revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the spatial surgery platform (TESSA).
• Lead market development, customer engagement and pipeline management across a defined region.
• Plan to exceed revenue and sales targets; train and certify surgeons, staff & reps.
• Manage trial preparation, execution and customer onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
• Report to Area VP of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology.
