Job summary

Smith+Nephew seeks a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined region. You will lead market development, engage customers, create opportunities, and manage pipeline while driving sales execution and training surgeons, staff and reps.

Travel is required (75–90%), and the base compensation ranges from $125,000 to $145,000 USD annually plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive market development, customer engagement and opportunity creation.
• Manage pipeline and sales execution across a defined geographic region.
• Develop business plans to exceed revenue and sales targets, build and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
• Report to Area VP of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology.
