PALFINGER MARINE in New Jersey is seeking a proactive After Sales Parts Specialist to help customers locate spare parts. You will use internal systems, historical equipment data, and supplier documentation to identify parts and prepare precise offers.

The role requires a technical vocational background and experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX, plus strong research, communication, and customer-service skills to handle inquiries quickly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Technical vocational education or equivalent required.
• Initial experience in spare parts, technical support, service or maintenance.
• Strong ability to research and identify components from equipment and historical data.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta).
• Structured, accurate, customer-oriented and well-organized working style.

Responsabilités

• Identify equipment and spare parts using internal systems and historical data.
• Research spare parts for custom-made equipment and contact suppliers when needed.
• Understand customer spare parts needs and determine appropriate solutions.
• Prepare accurate spare parts offers based on requirements and identified equipment.
• Maintain organized handling of spare parts inquiries with thorough documentation.
