Job summary

MULTIVAC USA seeks a Parts Customer Service professional to assist customers in ordering spare parts via phone, email, or fax. You will quote, track, and ship parts while maintaining high service levels and documenting updates.

The role requires MS Office proficiency, ERP/SAP experience, and a valid driver's license with passport readiness for travel. Training provided; schedule includes regular weekdays with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year related experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain a passport for travel.

Responsibilities

• Take spare parts orders from customers by phone, email, fax and voicemail and send confirmations.
• Arrange part shipments to customers and service technicians, and follow up on in-stock rush orders.
• Update the Parts Team's technical documents with factory updates within one week.
• Travel as required to assist customers with spare parts issues and service needs.
• Maintain a database of customer follow-up calls, quotations pending, and spare parts lists.
• Assist with returns using SAP and ensure proper routing of returned goods.
