Job summary

ProMach MBF North America in Petaluma, CA seeks an Aftermarket Parts Specialist to handle parts inquiries, pricing, and order processing for customers. You will service lead times, interpret BOMs, and coordinate with Field Service and Accounting to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires two-year technical education or equivalent experience, ERP/CRM system familiarity, and strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and inventory systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals and drawings.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls for aftermarket parts needs.
• Serve as primary contact for parts inquiries and pricing.
• Research part numbers from BOMs and drawings.
• Support field service with parts and order status updates.
• Assist with warehouse duties and inventory controls.
