Multivac USA Inc. seeks a Spare Parts Coordinator to assist customers in ordering parts via phone, email, fax, or other media while maintaining high service levels. The role includes quote preparation, doc updates, and follow-up to ensure timely shipments.
Responsibilities include order entry, information gathering from the factory, and maintaining customer follow-up records; travel as needed to support customers and training of new team members.
This position is responsible for assisting internal and external c ustomers in purchasing necessary spare pa rts for their equipment via phone, f ax, e mail and/or other written media while maintaining a high level of customer service and increasing spare parts sales. Other duties include filing of all written documents; routinely updating the P arts T eam essential documentation/manuals and generating customer requested quotes.
Working schedule will be Tuesday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday 8:00 am to 4:30 p.m. with Sundays and Mondays off. During the training period, the working schedule will be Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one - year related experience in sales or customer service.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, & Excel . Experience with ERP systems required. SAP experience preferred.
Certificates and Licenses:
Current valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a passport for travel as required by position.
