Job summary

PALFINGER MARINE is seeking a diligent After Sales and Service professional to identify correct equipment and spare parts for customers, research custom parts, and provide practical technical solutions. You will collaborate with sales managers, engineers, and customers to prepare accurate offers and maintain organized inquiries.

Ideal candidates have technical vocational education and some experience in technical support or spare parts, with strong communication skills and ERP familiarity,

Qualifications

• Technical vocational education or equivalent technical qualification.
• Initial professional experience in technical support, service, spare parts, or sales support.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide practical technical solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta).

Responsibilities

• Identify the correct equipment and spare parts for customers using internal systems.
• Research spare parts for custom equipment and contact suppliers when more information is required.
• Understand customer spare parts needs and determine the appropriate solution.
• Prepare accurate spare parts offers based on customer requirements and identified equipment or components.
• Maintain a structured approach to spare parts inquiries and ensure accurate technical information.
