You will support Spanish-speaking clients, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and help with billing and account management while collaborating with an international team.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish, spoken and written.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Valid EU passport is mandatory.
• Ability to work remotely within Greece.
• Strong communication and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients regarding complex telecommunications inquiries and service activations.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for mobile, internet, and fiber-optic connectivity issues.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving billing, account management, and network service requests efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest telecommunications hardware and software products to provide accurate product consultations.
• Document all interactions within the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and account history tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upscale and resolve complex technical faults within the telecommunications infrastructure.
• Achieve individual and team-based KPIs, including response time, resolution rate, and service quality metrics.
