Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is required for this position.
• Fluent English to communicate with the international support team.
• Valid EU passport or Greece work permit required.
• Strong passion for consumer electronics and a customer-centric mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support for a global leader in consumer electronics.
• Assist Spanish-speaking customers with product troubleshooting via phone, chat, and email.
• Maintain knowledge of electronics trends, hardware specs, and software updates.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM to ensure quality service.
• Identify opportunities to provide value-added advice and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations efficiently.
• Represent the brand as a premium ambassador to customers.
