- Troubleshoot technical inquiries and provide expert guidance on product features and maintenance.
- Manage communication via telephone, email, and live chat.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest innovations in consumer electronics to offer accurate advice.
- Process service requests and warranty inquiries with efficiency and precision.
- Build brand loyalty through personalized interactions with Spanish-speaking clients.
