Job summary

Fin is seeking an exceptional Solutions Architect to join our vibrant Customer Solutions Team. You’ll engage with customers as their trusted advisor, shaping value across the sales cycle and partnering with Product, R&D, and Engineering to ensure customer needs inform our AI-powered solutions.

You’ll lead technical discovery, design tailored POCs, and guide RFP responses while collaborating with product teams to translate complex challenges into Fin solutions with empathy and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales role, managing C-Level technical and business relationships.
• Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into Fin solutions and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to identify and address customers’ needs.
• Deliver an exceptional pre-sales experience articulating Fin's value and technical expertise.
• Conduct value-based solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions.
• Design and lead tailored Proofs of Concepts (POCs) to showcase Fin's capabilities.
• Serve as the primary resource for RFPs and customer security questions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to represent the customer voice.
