Fin, the AI Customer Agent company, seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer fluent in Portuguese and Spanish to guide customers from discovery through value realization. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to embed customer insights into Fin’s AI-powered solutions, influencing strategic decisions while owning high-impact pre-sales engagements.

You’ll deliver tailored POCs, manage RFPs, and address security questions with standardized materials, contributing to a best-in-class customer

Qualifications

• Portuguese and Spanish fluency are required.
• 4+ years in a technical sales role with C-level relationships.
• Experience in technical discovery and delivering value presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to identify and address customer needs.
• Deliver an exceptional pre-sales experience by articulating Fin's value and technical capabilities.
• Conduct value-based solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions.
• Design and lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) showcasing Fin's capabilities.
• Serve as the primary resource for RFPs and customer security questions with standardized materials.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to represent the customer voice and feedback.
• Build trust with customers through empathy and curiosity.
• Improve Solutions Engineering Playbook and processes.
• Commit to customer success and proactively address challenges.
