Job summary

Fin is seeking an exceptional Solutions Architect to join the Customer Solutions Team. You will engage with customers as their trusted advisor, shaping value across the sales cycle and partnering with Product, R&D, and Engineering to ensure customer needs drive AI-powered solutions.

You will lead technical discovery, deliver compelling value-based sessions, and design tailored POCs. Travel occasionally and work in a hybrid setup, with base in New York or San Francisco area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales role.
• Experience managing C-Level technical and business relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to identify customer needs.
• Deliver a pre-sales experience articulating value and technical strength.
• Conduct value-based solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions.
• Design and lead tailored POCs showcasing Fin's capabilities.
• Handle RFPs and security questions with standardized materials.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback.
• Build and improve the Solutions Engineering playbook and processes.
• Ensure customer success and lasting value, with proactive issue resolution.
