Job summary

Fin is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect fluent in Portuguese and Spanish to join the Customer Solutions Team. You will engage with customers as a trusted advisor, shaping value across the sales cycle and partnering with Product, R&D, and Engineering to ensure customer insights drive AI-powered solutions.

You will lead technical discovery, deliver high-impact value presentations, and design tailored POCs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish required.
• Minimum 4 years in a technical sales role handling C-level relationships.
• Strong technical acumen for discovery and value presentations.
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent time management in dynamic environments.
• Able to translate complex challenges into Fin solutions for diverse audiences.
• Experience with POCs, RFPs, and security questions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to identify and address customer needs.
• Deliver pre-sales experience articulating Fin’s value and technical expertise.
• Conduct value-based solution reviews and deep technical sessions.
• Design and lead tailored POCs demonstrating Fin’s capabilities.
• Serve as primary resource for RFPs and security questions with standardized materials.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to capture customer feedback for product planning.
• Build trust with customers through empathy and curiosity.
• Improve Solutions Engineering processes and playbooks.
• Ensure customer success and long-term value, addressing challenges proactively.
