Job summary

ADP is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist in the United States. You will manage the onboarding experience for ADP products and services, helping mid-sized business clients adopt our payroll and HR solutions.

Your role includes analyzing clients' processes, guiding them to best-fit solutions, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service. You will work in a metrics-driven environment, maintain clear client communications, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with project management basics is recommended.
• Overtime hours may be required during peak seasons.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients are essential.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients. Create onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation and build client confidence with our solutions.
• Implement ADP Technologies. Analyze client systems and processes to deliver comprehensive ADP solutions.
• Partner Internally. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams and share updates with the client project team.
