You will communicate through phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot software, hardware, and network problems, and guide users in applying various applications and tools. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality support to end users in Spanish via phone, email, and chat.

Educate users on using applications and tools effectively.
Document support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with technical teams for escalation and service improvement.
Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved.
