Responsibilities include handling queries via phone, email, and chat, documenting interactions in CRM, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong technical skills with effective troubleshooting.
