Job summary

Patrique Mercier Recruitment By Nellie in the United States is seeking an Italian-speaking End User Support Specialist. You will assist Italian-speaking clients by resolving queries and technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience across phone, email, and chat.

You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, provide training, document interactions in the ticketing system, escalate when needed, and collaborate with technical teams to keep customers satisfied.

Qualifications

Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Experience in end user support or customer service is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote assistance tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Offer outstanding end user support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
