Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Office and database usage.
• Ability to engage customers and ask probing questions in a call center.
• Advanced internet research and social media familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Locate donors using recruitment data and online tools.
• Educate donors and address barriers to donation.
• Screen donor health history and coordinate donor activities.
