Job summary

The National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) in Minnesota seeks a dedicated donor services professional to engage donors via inbound and outbound calls, verify interest, assess health information, and update records in NMDP systems.

You will coordinate donor health screenings, arrange lab testing, kit orders, and maintain confidentiality while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Locate donors using recruitment data and public sources.
• Educate donors and overcome barriers to donation.
• Coordinate donor health screening and follow-up.
• Manage donor records and documentation in NMDP systems.
• Schedule laboratory testing and kit orders; obtain consent when needed.
