Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a health-related field or related experience.
• 3+ years professional experience in customer relations or healthcare settings.
• Proficient data entry and word processing skills; strong MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Contact Members/Donors for donor search and outreach activities.
• Educate donors and handle inquiries with open-ended questioning.
• Conduct health screening and coordinate donor kit logistics and follow-up.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and document activities in STAR Link/Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Donor Operations and external partners to support processes.
