Job summary

The National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) is seeking a Donor Services Associate to engage donors, verify information, and assess health conditions in a busy call center setting. Ideal candidates have strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with MS Office skills and experience in donor data systems.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Office and basic word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Proficient at applying computer skills while engaging with customers.
• Advanced internet research using social media and search tools.

Responsibilities

• Locates donors using recruitment data and online tools to update contact information.
• Educates donors and asks open-ended questions to assist in overcoming barriers to donation.
• Conducts donor health screening and documents medical information and follow-up steps.
